The birth details are not known as is customary with so many Avadhuthas.
The Avathar swarup of Lord Dattatreya Shri Bhagawan VenkaiahSwamy of
Golagamudi,Nellore District AP has identified one lady who has come to
Golagamudi on her first public appearance as AVATHAR OF Adiparaskthi.
No details are available to anybody as to from which place she has come
There. She has never allowed her followers to ask any thing about her
Personal life earlier to her appearance. It is only a mistery as none of the
People in or around Nellore claimed to be her family members.She was
wearing only small gunny bag piece to avoid the public around her.
She was roaming around Nellore, Golagamudi,Podalakuru
Rapur and surrounding villages.
It was around1967 when she was first spotted by Shri Bhagawan Venkaiah
Swamy. From then several incidents took place proving that she has more
Supernatural powers are under her full control. She was using SAND AND WATER
As she used to bless anybody. She was mixing sand and water and throwing all sides
As if she is commanding all deceases , evil spirits. People feel at first site to be mad woman
Wandering around sometimes even in nude form. Once she was taken to Police Station
As she was in nude form moving around. But with all local and elderly people intervened
And she has made wise councel prevail upon the police staffwho released her instantly.
From then she was wearing gunny bag pieces to cover her bodypartially.
It was in 1995, when Amma was sitting near by a small child started bhajan

Amma was simply smiling giving her approval.
Since then it became taraka manthram for all devotees of
AMMA.
ON several occasions she has told her devotees that she is no other than
AdiSakthi MAA Parvathy. She is all forms of Sakthi
She has appered as jonnawada Kamakshammato some devotees
Bejawada Kanakadurga to some other devotees.
She has left her physical formon 03.09.1999.Her SAMADHI
Is now one of the popular visiting places to her devotees.

Sri NagaSubbareddyfrom Kadapa came to Golagamudi to stay overnight

Sri Naga Subbareddynow called as Subbareddy Swamy decided to stay permanently with her
As he found in her his SADGURU.Since then, he followed
her 24 hours till her Maha Samadhi. He alongwith some other
close followers has been taking care of puja karyakramams there.
Sri SubbaReddy Swamy and Sri Kistaiah Swamy one more
Devotee from Nellore stay there permanently doing daily puja to AMMA.
It is nodoubt,as Sadguru, she is directing from her Samadhi
All her devotees.
The Kanthamm Thalli Ashramam is 30 kms from Rapur,38 kms from Nellore
Number of buses are availableto reach the place.
Amma ARADHANA TAKES PLACE EVERY YEAR on September 3rd to commemorate her
Mahasamadhi.Large number ofpeople gather on the occasion and get her blessings.
On 30.04.2004 large temple was completed on the Samadhi and since then regular pujas are being done.
